This project was designed to be implemented over multiple stages.  The first stage was the extension of the member's deck to create a waterfront outdoor seating area with a transportable bar module that would service this area.  This included a new lightweight roof construction and the improvement of the site circulation strategy to comply with Australian Standards for ingress and egress regulations.  Stage two was the addition of superyacht berthing facilities with accompanying landscaping and public spaces.  Stage three and four are planned for in the future as the Yacht Club expands and includes a dry dock facility and maritime museum.
