This drawing package was created for a client to present as part of a feasibility study for a new marina, public space and housing development in Inverloch, Victoria.  Key aspects of the brief included a study of the local environment to ensure the proposed development would be sensitive to the landscape and enhance public amenity.  This included the provision of a new deep-water boat-ramp, a north facing protected beach and multiple public and commercial facilities.  A small scale housing development was intended to be part of the overall funding model.
