A little bit about me

I grew up on the Sunshine Coast and am passionate about sustainable design and caring for the environment. I believe we have a duty to care for our planet as a human collective and must work in collaboration with each other to minimize waste and to ensure equitable access to resources, while also creating spaces that are joyful and inspiring.
I made a career shift from critical care nursing into architecture in search of a more creative existence and love the science of construction as well as the art of creating beautiful spaces that are a joy to inhabit. I love to work with people and particularly enjoy forming strong relationships with clients and colleagues to achieve the best possible design outcomes. I love to laugh and have fun, and bring enthusiasm into all areas of life. When I'm not working I can usually be found riding my horses or motorbike, I really enjoy going scuba diving (despite a propensity for seasickness), swimming at the beach and camping.
